Best and worst dressed at the OSCARS.

The Oscars have finally come and gone, but have we had enough of the beautiful as well as the tacky dresses that graced the red carpet? NO! While some people exuded class, elegance and great style, some where looked absolutely clueless and occasion inappropriate. p.s Halle Berry and Jane Fonda did it for me.
